Our deep cleaning goes further by targeting buildup in areas like baseboards, heavy grime in bathrooms, and detailed dusting. We recommend deep cleaning for first-time visits or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a month.
2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients aren’t home during service. Just provide us with access instructions (hidden key, garage code, keypad, etc.) when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your trust and security are our priority, we’re insured, and all cleaners are background-checked.
3. Do I need to do anything before my cleaning?
We ask that personal items, laundry, toys, and clutter be picked up before we arrive. This allows our cleaners to focus on what we do best...cleaning! If you need tidying services, let us know and we can add it as an upgrade.
4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We totally understand life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee of $70 or 50% of the service cost, depending on the situation.

All of our cleaners are heavily vetted to ensure we only work with high integrity professionals. This makes for a safe and secure experience for all of our clients.
